Well, that was fun while it lasted.Vidyo  News surfaced yesterday of a screen recording app available on the App Store, Vidyo.  A rare opportunity, many people went ahead and purchased the $4.99 app that uses the Airplay feature to mirror your device's screen and record your phone screen and audio.  Screen recording apps are very valuable, especially to gamers, because it allows you to record what you're doing on your screen and is ideal for YouTube channels featuring mobile games.

Not surprisingly, Apple removed the app from the App Store today.  Apparently they have a policy against screen recording apps, and other apps like this one that have surfaced in the past have been taken down promptly also.  For those of you wanting an app like this, you'll probably have to wait a few months until another one like this surfaces.

For those of you who wish to record your screens, there still is a way to record your iPhone screen, it's just much more tedious than an app.  You can connect your phone to your computer and video your iPhone screen via QuickTime, so there is a way, but apps make it more helpful.  Feel free to comment with your thoughts, or contact us in the "Contact Us" section of the website.
